**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled millewright to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using hand tools such as wrenches, hammers, and cordless impact guns, be able to read a tape measure, and perform light welding and rigging. The candidate must be comfortable with climbing ladders and working at heights, and must have personal protective equipment (PPE) such as steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and gloves. **Responsibilities** + Use hand tools including wrenches, hammers, and cordless impact guns. + Read and interpret tape measures accurately. + Perform light welding tasks. + Execute rigging tasks safely and efficiently. + Climb ladders and work at heights without fear. + Ensure the use of PPE at all times for safety. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand tools, including wrenches, hammers, and cordless impact guns. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Experience with light welding. + Rigging experience. + Comfort with climbing ladders and working at heights. + Knowledge and use of PPE including steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and gloves. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in troubleshooting. + Construction and industrial settings. + Familiarity with ladder logic and millwork. **Why Work Here?** We are a reputable company with three offices in South Jersey.
