We're Hiring: Millwright 

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability of our plant and improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). As a Millwright, you’ll be responsible for fault finding, repairing, and upgrading electrical and mechanical systems to keep our operations running smoothly.

 

What You’ll Do:

Take ownership of maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion for maximum plant uptime. Improve master data accuracy and assist with work scoping for better efficiency. Report plant defects and downtime, providing critical insights to the Foreman. Share your expertise and coach peers on plant-specific procedures and best practices. Obtain work permits and perform 60-second risk assessments to ensure safety at all times. Use the right tools and follow engineering standards to deliver top-notch results.

What We’re Looking For:

Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification. A recognized Millwright trade certificate (Manpower or SETA accredited). At least 2 years of post-apprentice experience. Solid mechanical/electrical fault-finding experience in an industrial environment.
