**Job Description:** **Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician/Millwright and be a vital part of ensuring our machinery and equipment run smoothly and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include:** + **Diagnosing and Troubleshooting:** Identify issues with motors, transmissions, and conveyors, and develop effective repair strategies to minimize downtime. + **Precision Manual Machining:** Operate basic precision manual machine tools including Vertical Milling Machines, Engine Lathes, Hydraulic Presses, and Key Broaches with accuracy and skill. + **Hoisting and Lifting:** Safely operate hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes, jacks, and tractors to position machinery and parts during installation, setup, and repair. + **Precision Measurement:** Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure components meet exact specifications. + **Component Repair:** Disassemble, repair, and reassemble industrial components to maintain optimal functionality. + **Bearing and Bushing Installation:** Install and replace various styles of bearings, bushings, and slides in accordance with proper guidelines and standards. + **Pump Repair:** Perform pump repairs and rebuilds with precision alignments. + **Machinery Assembly:** Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand and power tools, as well as welding equipment. + **Inspection:** Conduct thorough inspections of machinery and equipment to detect and address irregularities and malfunctions. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Proficient in troubleshooting motors, hydraulics, and millwright tasks. + Experienced with operating manual machine tools and hoisting devices. + Skilled in using precision measuring tools. + Ability to disassemble, repair, and reassemble industrial components. + Knowledgeable in the installation and replacement of bearings, bushings, and slides. + Capable of performing precision alignments for pump repairs and rebuilds. + Experienced with assembling machinery and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. + Adept at detecting and diagnosing irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment. **Shift:** MUST BE OPEN TO SHIFT: **Pay Rate** : $25-38/hr **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00/yr.
