Job Description
As a Millwright, you will troubleshoot motors, transmissions, and conveyors to develop effective repair strategies. You will operate basic precision manual machine tools such as vertical milling machines, engine lathes, hydraulic presses, and key broaches. Additionally, you will utilize hoisting and lifting devices, such as cranes, jacks, and tractors, to position machinery and parts during installation, setup, and repair. You will also employ precision measuring tools, disassemble, repair, and reassemble industrial components, install and replace various styles of bearings, bushings, and slides, and conduct pump repairs and rebuilds with precision alignments.

Work Environment
You will work in an indoor/outdoor, non-climate controlled facility with brand new machines. The training shift is from 6 am to 4:30/5 pm for up to a year before transitioning to shift work. The current shift schedule involves rotational on-call duty every eight weeks, and employees need to be open to 12-hour rotating shifts between day and night, with 15 days off a month. The typical workweek is 40-50 hours, with optional overtime. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, a T-shirt, a safety vest, and PPE.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00/yr.
Direct Placement
Starting pay is around 30-32/hr, but they can progress to 37-38/hr in 1 year!

450 million dollars invested into plant
Mechanics and E/I Techs will be part of commissioning of plant, working alongside contractors - will get great experience with install and commissioning of equipment
Plant begins running December 14 2022 - will have a ton of opportunity for growth internally into supervisor/lead roles and pay progression
