**Job Title: Millwright Foreman**
**Job Description**
As a Millwright Foreman, you will lead jobs and manage a team of 1-2 laborers to complete various construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to build steel buildings and grain bins on farms, as well as perform repairs and new construction on elevators. This role requires both local work and travel from Monday to Friday across North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. You will be involved in all aspects of construction, from the floor to the ceiling.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage a team of 1-2 laborers to complete construction projects.
+ Build steel buildings and grain bins on farms of varying sizes.
+ Perform repairs and new construction on elevators.
+ Engage in all construction tasks from the floor to the ceiling.
+ Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
+ Travel Monday to Friday, with efforts to return home every weekend.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with steel buildings and grain bins.
+ General construction knowledge.
+ Experience in framing and elevators.
+ Ability to use hand and power tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous construction experience of 6 months or more is preferred.
+ Basic general labor experience is acceptable.
+ Own basic tools including a tool belt, tape measure, hammer, and other hand tools.

**Work Environment**
You will work on construction sites in various weather conditions such as wind, rain, and sun. The workweek includes 45-60 hours on location, and you will be part of a crew of 5-7 individuals. Accommodations include shared hotel rooms, with hotels paid for and a daily meal allowance of $35. The dress code includes steel-toe boots, work pants, work shirts, hard hats, and safety glasses.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00

**Workplace Type**
