Millwright/Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Performing preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.Troubleshoot mechanical issues with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and perform repairs as needed to ensure minimal downtime.Read and interpret blueprints while maintaining equipment.Working independently or within a team to complete tasks in a timely manner.Other responsibilities may including pipefitting, welding, or fabricating various materials.

Candidates must have a journeyman card OR at least 8 years of hands-on maintenance machine repair experience in a manufacturing environment. If you have a journeyman card, you can take a mechanical assessment test at 60 days of employment, which may increase your pay to $32.85/hr. Non-journeyman maintenance technicians have opportunities for pay increases after 90 and 135 days. There is a 60-day probation period before joining the union. These positions are open due to a retirement wave.

The pay range for this position is $62296.00 - $62296.00

Effective 1/1/2023 - 70% 401k match up to 6% Contribution
(You may save between 1% up to 25%)
• Your savings and investment earnings are 100% vested.
• Money that merges into the Savings Plan is 100% vested.
• You are 100% vested in the company matching contributions made to your account.
The Plan’s administration and participant’s rights under the plan shall be concurrent with the
administration and participant’s rights Retirement Savings Plan. The details of the Plan are outlined in
the Summary Plan Description (SPD) received after new hire orientation.
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
PENSION PLAN
GUARANTEED 401(K) CONTRIBUTION FOR
EMPLOYEES HIRED ON OR AFTER JANUARY 1, 1999
In addition to your contribution to the 401K plan, employees hired on or after January 1, 1999, will
accumulate retirement savings via the 401(k).
Effective January 1, 2023, the Pension Plan will contribute 3% of eligible earnings each month to ERIC.
(Employer Retirement Income Contribution)
This contribution is made to the company’s 401(k) plan, regardless if the employee participates in the
voluntary portion of the plan.
