**Job Title: Millwright | Dover, OH | 1st shift | $28-$31/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This is a 1st shift position (Monday-Friday) based in Dover, OH. The role involves industrial maintenance on chemical manufacturing equipment, including pipefitting, pump rebuilds, motor and conveyor repairs, and minor structural welding when needed. **Responsibilities** + Perform pipefitting, pipe assembly, and installation + Rebuild and install pumps + Repair motors and conveyors + Conduct minor structural welding as needed + Maintain and repair valves, gears, meters, and bearings + Lubricate and upkeep equipment + Install and dismantle equipment + Work indoors 85% of the time and outdoors 15% **Essential Skills** + 4+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatic system maintenance + Proficiency in working with valves, pipes, pumps, meters, bearings, and gearboxes **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with large conveyors and bearings + Welding skills + Basic electrical maintenance knowledge + Previous experience in chemical manufacturing + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics + Troubleshooting skills + Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, prescription, and dental coverage with $0 monthly premium deduction, and a $1000 annual company-paid contribution to your personal Health Savings Account (HSA).
