**Job Title: Millwright Mechanic** **Job Description** We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to build, repair, or service parts for OEMs, power plants, and industries in the energy, oil, and gas sectors. This role involves working with turbines, fluid drives, torque converters, and hydraulic couplings. **Responsibilities** + Build, repair, or service parts for various industries + Work with turbines, fluid drives, torque converters, and hydraulic couplings + Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues + Tear down heavy machinery + Rebuild and repair machinery + Understand and work with hydraulics and pneumatics + Use precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges **Essential Skills** + 5 years of heavy industrial or mechanic experience + Attention to detail + Confident reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings + Experience with mechanical maintenance and repair **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Technical Degree or Certification + Associates degree or post-secondary training + Experience with precision measurement tools + Direct experience with fluid drives and torque converters + Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics + Forklift and overhead crane experience + Welding, assembly, and maintenance repair skills + Excellent driving record + Team player, safety-conscious, and proactive **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan, dental and health insurance, profit sharing, and quarterly bonuses.
