**Job Title: Millwright Mechanic - Direct Hire Position**
**Job Description**
We are seeking two experienced Millwright Mechanics to join our team. In this role, you will perform 100% mechanical maintenance on various industrial machinery. This includes maintaining powerhouse equipment such as compressors, conveyors, palletizing equipment, belts, fans, blowers, pumps, furnaces, air compressors, and vacuum pumps. Additionally, you will repair hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, valves, bearings, and other secondary equipment. Minor welding and fabrication work, as well as the use of manual mills and lathes to machine various parts, will be required. The role involves reading blueprints and performing general preventative maintenance on equipment. Work will be performed both indoors (75%) and outdoors (25%), including on the roof of the facility using a scissor lift.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform 100% mechanical maintenance on various industrial machinery.
+ Maintain powerhouse equipment such as compressors, conveyors, palletizing equipment, belts, fans, blowers, pumps, furnaces, air compressors, and vacuum pumps.
+ Repair hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, valves, bearings, and other secondary equipment.
+ Perform minor welding and fabrication work.
+ Use manual mills and lathes to machine various parts.
+ Read and interpret blueprints.
+ Perform general preventative maintenance on equipment.
+ Use hand and power tools.
+ Perform general shop cleanup duties.
+ Perform maintenance repairs in the air using a scissor lift or on the roof of the building.
**Essential Skills**
+ Journeyman card or Associate's degree OR 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
+ Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive without supervision.
+ Ability to work at heights up to 70 feet using a scissor lift or on the roof.
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Own tools (company toolbox will be provided).
**Work Environment**
The work involves a union environment with a rotating shift schedule and the potential to work all shifts. Shift hours are: A = 7 AM to 3 PM, B = 3 PM to 11 PM, and C = 11 PM to 7 AM. The work schedule rotates every three weeks, with specific days off between shifts. You will receive shift premiums for second and third shifts, and overtime pay for hours worked beyond 8 hours in a day, on Sundays, and after 12 hours.

The pay range for this position is $60882.00 - $60882.00/yr.
