Job Title: Mine Overseer

Location: Limpopo, South Africa

Description:
Hire Resolve’s Leading Mining Client are seeking a qualified and experienced Mine Overseer to oversee the safe and efficient operation of a mine in Limpopo, South Africa. The Mine Overseer will be responsible for managing a team of miners and ensuring that production targets are met while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities:

Planning to achieve short term and long-term strategic objectives Controlling the set budget Supervising and directing people at work to ensure compliance with the applicable legislation Evaluating the work of others Ensuring production targets are achieved

Requirements:

Grade 12 Mine Overseer’s Certificate of Competency Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines 5 years’ experience as a Production Shift Supervisor Competent B skills programme

Benefits:

Salary: R1,5m – R1,9m CTC
