Job Title: Mine Overseer Shaft

Location: Mining – North West

Position Summary:
Hire Resolve’s Mining Client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mine Overseer Shaft to oversee the safe and efficient operation of a mine shaft within the mining industry in the North West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of miners, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maximizing production output.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate maintenance to ensure adherence to production targets Ensure legal compliance with regards to all operations within the services shaft barrel Investigate incidents and property damage Liaising with relevant stakeholders

 Requirements:

Grade 12 Mine Overseer’s Certificate of Competency Blasting Certificate 10 years’ experience in Shaft Logistics and operations

Benefits:

Salary: R1,2m – R1,5m CTC
