THE JOB:

As a Mini Bar Services Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the mini bar financial effort. Your role is essential to optimizing revenue and minimizing debt. You will also serve as the main point of contact for all department related inquiries.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.00/ hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Review charges/credits in the Mini bar Suspense/Dispute accountsMove credits/charges to the correct guest folioSettle guest accounts accordingly and in a timely mannerResearch variances to ensure charges are posted correctlyResearch all guest disputesWork closely with the accounting teamAnswer telephones and respond to general inquiriesDirect work orders and guest requests pertaining to the Minibar to corresponding departments

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Six months of customer service experienceSix months Accounting or finance experienceProficient computer skills with emphasis on excelKnowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), HotSOS, BarTech systems or similar applicationsAbility to work varied schedule, to include weekends and holidays
