Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, and maintenance of office network infrastructure and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist with setting up and configuring hardware and software systemsParticipating in coding and deployment exerciseProvide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issuesPerform routine maintenance on computers, printers, and other IT equipmentPrepare tech risk & compliance audit and supporting documentsAssist with network administration tasks, such as setting up user accounts and maintaining network securityParticipate in IT projects and initiatives, such as software rollout and system upgradesDocument technical procedures and processesKeep up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools in the IT industryAd-hoc task that assigned by team lead or tech lead
