Description:
You will be a Missile IPT Lead for the PAC-3 missile development program at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) in Dallas, Texas. Our team is a recognized designer, developer, and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries, and we're looking for a talented and experienced leader to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Missile IPT Lead, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team in the development of the PAC-3 missile program. You will be the prime technical contact to customers, supporting and leading technical meetings with program leadership, and coordinating development activities between teams. Your responsibilities will include:
• Representing the organization as the prime technical contact to customers
• Supporting and leading technical meetings with program leadership
• Coordinating development activities between cross-functional teams
• Coordinating and supporting failure investigations
• Ensuring the implementation of Program and Functional Strategic Initiatives
• Building and maintaining relationships with program technical leads and stakeholders
• Identifying and resolving technical issues across a broad spectrum of technical areas
• Coordinating multiple tasks across numerous multi-disciplinary teams dealing with various issues simultaneously

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience leading technical teams to develop and qualify DoD hardware
• Experience developing and presenting technical materials to customers and program leadership
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute technical projects successfully and on schedule
• Ability to adapt to changing direction on a dynamic program
• Able to travel (~10%)
Desired Skills:
• Experience with both electronics (CCA’s) and mechanical HW
• Familiar with the SHIELD customer and PAC-3 RFC process
• CAM experience
• Experience with Windchill, Zuken, MBCCA, MB CREO
• Experience with Navy programs
• Experience with both early-lifecycle development (IRAD, advanced programs, tech demos, etc.) and production programs
• Proposal experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
