Diploma or Equivalent Required · Associate’s degree Preferred · 1 year of related experience Required · BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required **Skills** · Proactive problem solving · Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills · Advanced computer skills · Time management **What You Will Do:** · **Act as central dispatcher** for Mission Control department. · **Monitors systems:** RTLS, Security Cameras, HUGS, Fire panel, generator annunciator, medical gas, and other systems associated with patient and materials movement. · **Transports patients by** the appropriate method to and from all patient care areas. Uses lift equipment when patient meets required guidelines. · **Provides patient concierge** services. Mentor Mission Control Level I employees as requested. · **Deliver patient care equipment,** supplies, mail, patient concierge services and other supporting items throughout the hospital.
