Mission Critical - Construction Manager (Travel) What we are looking for: Aldridge is looking for a Construction Manager to manage and control profit, loss, and field production in accordance with the business plan (budget) for our Mission Critical division. What you’ll do: Duties including: ● Actively participating in Division planning and perform other corporate leadership tasks as assigned by the team. ● Holding accountability for execution, operations and completion of assigned contracts. ● Providing operational and administrative leadership to field and Project Managers. ● Actively contributing to management meetings, project-planning meetings, project execution and project closure meetings. ● Promoting and assimilating the Company’s strategic plan throughout the field and project management personnel. Who you are: We are pursuing experienced professionals with the following qualifications: ● Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction market. ● Technical background with engineering or field experience. ● Ability to work with all levels of staff and management. ● Willing to travel.
