What they’re looking for:
•Knowledge and understanding of the Ethical and Religious Directives (ERDs) REQUIRED.
•A bachelor’s degree in health care administration or ministry.
•A minimum of three (3) years of management experience.
•Interpersonal skills for facilitating group process/development.
•Organizational skills for development, implementation, and assessment of programs and activities.
Hours and compensation potential:
•The position is full-time.
•The range is between $30.27hr-$41.66hr(10 yrs experience = $35.50) depending on experience. 
•Full benefits package included and prefer someone commutable but could help with relocation.
What you’ll be doing:
•Promotes the integration of the mission, vision, and values of the healthcare system throughout the organization.
•Incorporates the ethical and moral traditions of the Sponsor, including the Ethical and Religious Directives (ERDs) into orientations,  
    committee work, education sessions, etc.
•Oversees the Community Benefit Program
•Chairs the Mission Champions Committee and coordinates its outreach, recognition, ad social activities.
•Coordinates and prepares the annual Mission Integration Report.
•Provides orientation on the mission, vision, and values of the healthcare system to new employees and to directors and managers and others as requested.
•Participates actively in the ethics committee and other committees/teams.
•Administers the Providence Fund.
•Collaborates in facilitating the Serving Leader Program for leadership.
•Participates in strategic initiatives by leading or being a member of teams and focus groups.
•Represents healthcare system in the community by participation in the Catholic Social Services Board.
•Preserves, protects, and communicates the oral and written history of the facility and its founding organizations by maintaining the Archives 
     and the historical display in the hospital, writing articles as requested, and acting as resource for persons seeking information about the history.
