Mission Program Optimization Specialist

What You Will Do:

Work across organizational boundaries to create, amplify, and sustain momentum within complex mission programs and against highly complicated mission objectivesLeverage experience across defense and intelligence communities to navigate complex stakeholder networks and build consensus around mission program effortsUtilize technical expertise and bespoke knowledge of risk profiles to integrate unique knowledge into current program effortsWork with key mission partners to identify, assess, refine, and execute against a range of courses of action related to critical mission priorities


What You Will Need:

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraphMinimum TEN (10)+ years of experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community customersExperience supporting highly sensitive mission programsExperience navigating complex stakeholder networks, opposing organizations, and uniquely complicated authorities

What Would Be Nice To Have:

A Master's degree in a national security-adjacent field with mission applicationAbility to navigate ambiguity and complexity with minimal oversight and/or top coverAbility to build coalitions and sustain program momentum through setbacks and challenges
