The Boeing Company is seeking a **Mission Systems Equipment Engineer** to join the MQ-25 Communication, Navigation and Identification team located in **Hazelwood, MO.** This position will focus on supporting the **Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS)** business organization. The Boeing MQ-25 Program has an opportunity for Engineers who want to contribute to advances in autonomous aviation. These engineers will be working with cross-functional teams to provide coordination, technical leadership for the execution of Mission Systems tasking related to the MQ-25 Communications, Navigation and Identification systems. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry-Level, Associate or Experienced Level MQ-25 Equipment Engineer. **Position Responsibilities:** + Assist with the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements + Develop or modify basic hardware and software designs based on defined requirements + Perform system tests to verify operational and functional requirements + Assist in monitoring suppliers' performance to ensure compliance with requirements + Support resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies + Research basic technologies for potential application to company business needs + Develop and document moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements + Design hardware, software and interface specifications + Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements + Assist in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements + Solve problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle + Research specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs **This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
