JOB PURPOSE:

Within Unilever Supply Chain, Customer Operations is a go to market function which involves managing and optimizing the processes and activities that directly impact customer interactions and satisfaction. Establishing the connection with Trade marketing for resolution of cross-functional short term supply related issues & the local BU business waste agenda. Align stock allocation policies with the business and operates AATP. Prepare and analyses Business Waste Report and triggers action of disposal or offering to Customers & Traders by sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Aligns stock allocation policies with trade marketing to ensure reservations & prioritizations are automatically processedPerforms business rule changes in the day to day running of AATP and steers stock allocation specialist with business directionFeedback to market collaboration planner & BU Planning Manager on (major) risks & opportunitiesCoordination of (smaller) crisis – Product availability, Quality issues, microbiological issues, etcCoordination transport tracking with Deployment team (ultra) with closely cooperation with Market Supply Planner and BU Planning Manager to mitigate risksIdentifies, quantifies and triggers short term OOS/stock risks and elevates to Market Supply Planner – Market Supply Planners works on resolutionPrepare and analyzes Business Waste Report and triggers action of offering to Customers & Traders by salesPrepare and analyzes write off stock list and align the write off value stock with Financial Partner and BU Planning ManagerDrive periodically & per demand Business Rules setting in AATP including Customer prioritization list in AATP by defining it together with trade marketing & salesOwns service risk identification and mitigation with trade marketing / sales. Supply constraint resolution predominantly driven by Market Supply Planner & BU Planning ManagerReason coding of service losses & lack of stock availabilityMonitor & action waste prevention of Finished GoodsDaily using of SAP/APO & Kinaxis Rapid Response to mitigate risks base on facts in the system networksRepresentative in S&OP meetings in service and obsoletes areasMaster data maintenance

Experiences & Qualifications

Experience in supply chain, preferably within supply planningStrong analytical skillsGood communication and collaboration skillsGood problem-solving and negotiations skillsAdaptive & flexible, to work in a fast-paced environmentSAP/SAP APO and Kinasix Rapid Response will be a advantagePolish native and English language is a must
