Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mitigation Supervisor for an hourly position that includes overtime opportunities. This role requires strict adherence to all safety policies and involves cross-functional responsibilities between water mitigation and reconstruction. The Mitigation Supervisor will manage a team, coordinate with the mitigation project manager, and ensure the proper handling of manpower and daily operations.
ResponsibilitiesComply with all safety policies.Arrive 15 minutes early to plan out the day before technicians/laborers arrive.Coordinate between the mitigation project manager and field staff.Manage the team and manpower effectively.Work with other lead technicians to ensure all manpower is managed properly.Provide daily updates and communication to the Mitigation Project Manager.Manage multiple jobs concurrently.Log MICA/CAT books daily.Use Company Cam for daily pictures.Work professionally with others.Manage the warehouse by cleaning and organizing daily, tracking and ordering disposables and supplies, and maintaining equipment inventory.Handle vehicle responsibilities including inspections, daily maintenance, and ensuring vehicles are loaded and ready to go daily.Code payroll app daily.Essential Skills2+ years of restoration or water mitigation experience as a superintendent.Experience with estimating and scheduling.2+ years of experience managing manpower onsite.Additional Skills & QualificationsIICRC certifications preferred.Work Environment
The role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will use various technologies such as estimating software and Company Cam for documentation. Daily interaction with other team members and coordination with the Mitigation Project Manager is crucial. The position requires managing multiple jobs, maintaining the warehouse, and ensuring vehicles are ready for daily operations. Adherence to safety policies and professional conduct is mandatory.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00
