**Job Title: Clean Room Operator** **Work Site** + This is a fully on-site position in Saint Paul, Minnesota. **Work Environment** + You will be working in a clean room environment, handling commercial scale equipment and various chemicals. **Job Description** **Open Shifts:** + **1st Shift Hours:** 6:00AM-2:30PM (Monday-Friday) + **2nd Shift Hours** : 2:00PM-10:30PM (Monday-Friday) + **3rd Shift Hours:** 10:00PM-6:30AM (Monday-Friday) **Pay Range:** $24.00-$35.00/per hour ( _depends on experience_ ) + _Shift Differentials:_ + 2nd Shift: $1.60/per hour + 3rd Shift: $3.20/per hour + **Job Summary:** + A company that helps make new ways to deliver medication is looking for Production Operators. This person will help set up and run machines that produce things like medicine patches and films. The job involves following safety and quality rules, specifically Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDPs). You'll need to keep accurate records, check products, change rolls, and clean the equipment. Understanding safety guidelines is important, and you will also complete necessary documents related to the manufacturing process. + **Duties/Responsibilities:** + Develop and enhance technical skills related to mixing, converting, slitting, rotary converting, and packaging processes. + Assist the Lead by actively monitoring production processes, conducting roll changes, performing in-process inspections, and managing line set-up and tear-down activities. + Interpret and apply guidance from chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) to ensure a safe working environment. + Maintain detailed and accurate manufacturing records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs). + Comply with the company's current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety policies to promote workplace safety and product quality. + Execute thorough line clearances and manage material returns as needed to uphold operational efficiency. + Complete and organize various manufacturing documents, including Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs), Setup Diagrams (SUDs), Visual Standards, Control Charts, Summary Sheets, Reconciliation Forms, and Logbooks. **Qualifications:** + **_Required:_** + High School Diploma or GED + 1-3+ years of experience working in a cGMP Production Environment + ( _such as Pharma, medical device, food & beverage, cosmetics, dietary supplements, biotechnology products, etc. production companies_ ) + Strong ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English language. + Must be able to wear Tychem style protective suits and full face respirators when required. + Technical aptitude related to mixing, coating, slitting, rotary converting, and packaging. + Strong ability to interpret Manufacturing documents such as: + _Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR's), Set up Diagrams (SUDs), Visual Standards, Control Charts, Summary Sheets, Logbooks, etc._ + **_Preferred:_** + Direct Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Experience. + Technical, Associates, or Bachelors Degree. **Benefits/Perks:** + Salary Adjustments - annual increases for meeting or exceeding job performance + 401K Match plan - 62.5% match of every dollar invested up to 6% of annual salary + Holiday Pay: + 1-5 years = 80 hours + 6-11 years = 120 hours + 12-25 years = 160 hours + 25+ = 200 hours + Continuing education plan/tuition assistance: + The company will provide educational assistance in the form of reimbursement to eligible employees up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year, for coursework at a degree or certificate granting institution at either high school, vocational, college or graduate level. + Strong insurance package - + Benefits: + 401(k) + 401(k) matching + Dental insurance + Flexible spending account + Health insurance + Life insurance + Paid time off + Tuition reimbursement + Vision insurance **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
