**Apply now for a call within 24 hours from Tanner as we move the hiring process along quickly!** **Job Description** + Follow recipe blending instructions to accurately issue materials by lot and physically mix/blend recipes/batches. + Maintain accurate inventory lots and storage conditions for ingredients. + Operate Refractometer and record accurate brix. + Conduct organoleptic testing on every batch. + Use WMS to pick and stage batches by FIFO and notify management of any discrepancies. + Complete CIP circuits including chemical checks, hand washing, and other SSOP steps. + Operate all Mix & Blending equipment safely according to SOPs, including forklift operations, and report any mechanical issues. + Understand and adhere to Company Food Safety, Food Quality, GMP, and HACCP rules and requirements. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of machine operation experience (GMP environment preferred). + Ability to lift 50+ lbs on occasion. + Ability to bend, twist, and crouch consistently. + Strong communication skills: oral, written, and reading. + Ability to learn how to drive a forklift. + Capability to learn operating systems including WMS, Red Zone, and Deacom. + Knowledge of chemical blending, batching, compounding, and food manufacturing. **Why Work Here?** Privately held company offering a 401K match and comprehensive insurance benefits including health, dental, and vision.
