In this highly visible role, you will perform lab validation and characterization of analog/mixed-signal circuits; and you will collaborate with many fields to launch the world's premiere mobile chips. **Description**
You will be member of the post silicon validation team responsible for leading test and characterization for various integrated circuit IPs, such as SERDES, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, clocks, memory interfaces, and I/Os. You will setup, debug, and maintain lab test setup and develop automated testing scripts in Python for silicon bring up and characterization. You will collect and analyze characterization data and generate reports, and work with chip designers, system HW and SW teams to debug any issue during validation/characterization.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ BS degree in technical discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience developing automated testing script and instrument controls, Python preferred.
+ Familiar with measurement equipment including signal generator, spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope.
+ Emphasis on quality of work: should self-check scripts, test patterns, and reports.
+ Hands-on experience with high-volume production including ATE test development and ATE/bench correlation.
+ Solid understanding and expertise in silicon bring-up, debug and validation of analog/mixed-signal circuit blocks including ADCs, DACs, SERDES, PLLs, DLLs, filters, bandgap, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, switched-cap circuits and oscillators.
+ Ability to drive results, drive what matters and manage complexity.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
