**Job Title: Mixer** **Job Description** Join our team as a Mixer, where you will play a crucial role in the production process by mixing and preparing ingredients. We have seven open positions across various shifts, ensuring that we maintain high-quality standards in our food production. **Responsibilities** + Read and follow batch tickets + Drive a tow motor for 50% of the day + Lift 50 lbs repeatedly + Move around large totes weighing up to 1,000 lbs and pour different ingredients + Pour ingredients into a dumper that holds up to 500 lbs + Work with the mix system to change out boxes filled by hand + Weigh product accurately + Pack product into clear formula sheets + Operate a De-clumper machine + Sign off on quality procedures + Follow GMP guidelines + Operate floor cleaning equipment + Climb ladders and stairs to access platform equipment + Work with food products, including dumping oil and salt as needed + Identify and retrieve all ingredients used + Stage product for retail packaging **Essential Skills** + Experience mixing products + Ability to lift 50 lbs + Ability to read recipe sheets + Open to cleaning product and debris + Ability to calculate weights for products **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift experience is preferred + Experience with GMP and FDA documentation **Why Work Here?** We offer great benefits, including a 401k plan, and provide room for growth and cross-training opportunities.
