**Job Title: Mixing Operator** **Job Description** As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for pouring bags of produce into compounding machines, weighing and documenting materials, and lifting up to 70 lbs. You must adhere to all safety policies and have knowledge of hand tools. Experience with PH probes is a plus. This role requires standing all day, batch recording, and following standard operating procedures (SOPs). **Responsibilities** + Pour bags of produce into compounding machines. + Weigh and document materials accurately. + Lift up to 70 lbs consistently. + Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. + Utilize hand tools effectively. + Record batches according to SOPs. + Stand for extended periods throughout the shift. **Essential Skills** + Mixing and batching experience. + Document processing skills. + 3-5 years of production experience in a fast-paced environment. + Compounding experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + PH probe experience (preferred). + Degree preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire position on the 1st shift, offering the opportunity to grow with a small team that has recently expanded into a larger facility. The company has ambitious growth plans for 2025 and offers great benefits upon permanent hire. **Work Environment** The work schedule is 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and extended hours until 6 PM or 7 PM every two weeks.
