**Job Title: Machine Operators, Mixer/Mill Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking Mill Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train the right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill Operator **Hard Skills** + Production + Mechanically inclined + Machine Operation + Batch Mixing **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Edwardsville, Kansas. **Work Environment** Manufacturing facility that produces ink. Uniforms are provided to prevent ink from staining personal clothing. Locker room and other accommodations are available. The position involves heavy lifting, carrying big bags up and down stairs, and can be messy. Shifts available: 1) **2nd shift: 3pm - 11:30pm M-F (Training on days for up to 2-3 months before moving to 2nd shift)** **2) 2nd shift Packer: 3pm - 11:30pm M-F (Training on 1st or 3rd shift for up to 2-3 months before moving to 2nd shift)** **3) 3rd shift: 11pm - 7:30am M-F (Training on days for 1 week before moving to 3rd shift)** **Pay: $19-20/HR.
