 What Success Looks Like:

Operate a forklift for various functions within the facility. Work to assist mixing operators with products being manufactured. Assist in establishing and maintaining compound processing procedures. General knowledge of TCU’s and manual mixing procedures. General housekeeping and perform daily/weekly 5s duties. Operate the mixer, skid unloader, bale cutter, weight conveyor, and charge conveyor. Follow production schedule and maintain pace as outlined in mixing procedures. Ensure oil pumps are running before start-up and ensure bulk powders system is in auto. Empty oil buckets on the mezzanine daily. Maintain and operate a bar code printer. Assist in staging and organizing raw materials utilizing first in-first out (FIFO) system utilization.

 Your Credentials:

One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment High School or GED preferred Willing to work overtime including weekends Mixer qualification preferred.

 The Hourly wage for this position is $17 per hour plus $1.00/hour shift premium for 3rd Shift.

 3rd Shift = 10:45pm – 7:00am
