**Seeking candidates with experience in mixing/batching from a food, chemical, or pharmaceutical enviornment.** **Job Description** Employees will be: + Following batch records and mixing wet and dry ingredients together + Working on a small assembly line alongside the rest of the team + Ensuring that goals are being hit and production is being conducted and keeping the production line running smoothly and efficiently + Operating machinery and equipment + Feeding materials into machines + Monitoring gauges and displays + Making adjustments as needed + Inspecting products for quality, keeping high attention to detail and ensuring that all products meet customer standards + Packing and labeling products, carefully packaging finished goods according to customer specifications + Capping bottles, making boxes, loading boxes, and taping boxes + Maintaining a clean and safe work area + Following safety protocols + Keeping the workstation organized and reporting any potential hazards **Shift** 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Thursday + overtime on Fridays is optional **Skills/Experience Required** + Previous experience as a line lead is preferred, but not required + Strong attention to detail + Previous experience from a manufacturing environment + Good basic math skills **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
