**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Bath, ME. In this role, you will operate a large production mixing machine, ensuring the accurate measurement of materials, adherence to work instructions, and efficient loading and unloading of the machine. Troubleshooting and consistent lifting of 50+ lbs are required. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a large production mixing machine.
+ Measure materials accurately according to work instructions.
+ Load and unload materials into the machine.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as they arise.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production, machine operation, or general labor (6+ months).
+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently.
+ Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking in English.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Comfortable working in a 50-degree environment.
+ Prior experience in a manufacturing or labor-intensive role.

**Work Environment**
Work in a large, open production line with a temperature-controlled environment around 50 degrees. There are some colder areas within the facility, but this position will not be stationed in those rooms.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bath, Maine.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00
