In this role, you will be at the heart of our production process, operating a large mixing machine with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include:

Operating a large production mixing machine with accuracy and efficiency.Measuring materials precisely according to detailed work instructions.Loading and unloading materials into the machine, ensuring smooth operation.Troubleshooting and resolving machine issues promptly to maintain productivity.Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.Essential Skills

To excel in this role, you should have:

Experience in production, machine operation, or general labor (6+ months).The ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently.Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking in English.Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.Prior experience in a manufacturing or labor-intensive role.Work Environment

You'll be working in a large, open production line with a temperature-controlled environment around 50 degrees. While there are some colder areas within the facility, your position will not be stationed in those rooms.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00
