**Job Title: Mixer Operator** **Job Description** Opening on Crew 3 from 7pm-7am Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday, OR Crew 4 from 7pm-7am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday. The role involves producing product by mixing raw materials and automatically transporting the dough to the conveyor lines. **Starting pay: $22.85/hr** **Responsibilities** + Operate machines to mix raw materials and transport dough to conveyor lines. + Organize, prioritize, and multitask to keep up with multiple fast-paced conveyor lines. + Identify and react to machine process, quality issues, and safety issues such as lock out/tag out. + Comprehend written and oral communication to understand, carry out, and follow instructions and standard procedures. + Read production orders, controls, and machine specifications, and identify numbers. + Use computers for various tasks. + Communicate information one-on-one and in small group situations. **Essential Skills** + Machine operating + Mixing + Quality control + Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask + Basic math and measuring ability + Mental alertness to identify and react to machine process, quality issues, and safety issues + Ability to comprehend written and oral communication + Ability to read production orders and machine specifications + Ability to use computers + Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group situations **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask and keep up with multiple fast-paced conveyor lines. + Basic math and measuring ability. + Mental alertness to identify and react to machine process, quality issues and safety issues such as lock out/tag out. **Why Work Here?** Competitive compensation and benefits program.
