Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Casting Grid Bars job in Graham, NC. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. As a Casting Grid Bars you will be responsible for Casting refractory parts by mixing materials and pouring into molds Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

 Pay: $15-$15.85

 Shift: 7am – 3pm, M-F

          2pm – 10pm M-F

 Responsibilities for this Casting Grid Bars job include:

Casting refractory parts by mixing materials and pouring into molds Prep molds for parts (finished parts weigh between 2-80 lbs). Demold refractory part Cosmetic work Washcoating Hand sanding Inspecting finished product Transfer to proper shelf in curing room Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures Other tasks as directed                      

 

 

Qualifications for this Casting Grid Bars job include:

High School or equivalent Diploma or Certificate Understand measurements (lbs, oz…) Attention to detail Self motivation Able to read English and follow Company’s SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) Work in a manufacturing environment. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply by percent with calculator) Ability to lift up 60 lbs   

 PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): .

Supplied by Company except safety boots/shoes for new hires New hire will need steel toe boots-no pull on , company supplies metatarsil clips After 90 day probation Company pays up to $90.00 every two years for safety boots/shoes
