ML Algorithm Development Engineer

We are looking to expand our development team responsible for designing and implementing algorithms for Advanced Driver-Assistance and Autonomous Driving systems.

The Team focuses on the topics of stationary objects estimation in the car path. With the design based on a Machine Learning technics.
 

Your Role:

Development and tuning of algorithms for static environment estimation and classification

Algorithm and Software design using C++

Propose, develop and evaluate improvements for this software

Testing and tuning of methods developed for improved performance

Unit tests development

Root cause identification and resolution of software issues detected on higher levels of verification

Cooperate with other teams to ensure robustness across developed platform

Work in cross functional team environment

Utilizing state of the art ML technics and best practices for building ML models satisfying various constrains
 

Your Background:

Msc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Control, Automation and Robotics or similar

Experience in machine learning approach to classification problems

Expertise with deployment of ML onto a hardware constrained environment

Programming experience in C++

Proficiency in Python and Matlab

Experience with version control and issue tracking on large collaborative projects (Plastic, Git, Jira, Jenkins or similar)

Understanding of statistical estimation, signal processing, time filtering, tracking algorithms

Industrial experience with ML solutions deployment

Fluent use of spoken and written English
 

Nice to have:

Experience with radar based detection/classification algorithms

Experience in the application of driver assistance systems

Understanding of planar and 3D geometry

Experience with big scale projects

A technology enthusiast and critical thinker with a knack for problem-solving

Curiously investigate everything – ability to solving problems analytically, creatively and collaboratively
