MMB Advisory Solution Enablement Specialist
The MMB (Mercer Marsh Benefits) Advice & Solutions team is responsible for coordinating people, tools and intellectual capital investments across MMB globally, at the local, regional and global level.
The team is looking for an experienced employee benefits specialist to help standardise advisory tools and intellectual capital around the world to deliver more consistent solutions to support our advisory consultants in engaging with their clients.

Solution Development
Work with a team of colleagues to identify needs in the market for packaged solutions that can scale across multiple geographies and client segments.Market research to determine broader market trends and needs, such as leveraging our own internal intellectual capital, such as Health on Demand, and other external sources such as the World Health Organization, World Economic Forum, etc.Collaborate with team members to execute a sprint product development process to identify and pilot a viable solution for key strategic initiativesSupport the execution of the identified strategy by collaborating with subject matter experts to build out the solution.Enable the solution
As solutions launch into markets, they will likely be done using a pilot approach in specific geographies before being scaled furtherAct as the project manager and liaison between the Advice & Solutions team and the markets.Develop and drive the execution of an internal and external marketing plan for the launch of the new solution alongside the Advice & Solutions team, marketing team, and local teams, as appropriate.In collaboration with the aforementioned teams, develop a plan to upskill local consultants on how to deliver the new solution.Develop and execute the plan to track and report on KPIs locally and globally.Collaborate with the Advice & Solutions team on recommendations to adjust, terminate or scale the pilot solutions, and support the execution of the determined go forward approach.What you need to have:
