We are looking to hire a Mech/Utili/Plumber **Schedule:** + Full Time **General Requirements:** + Demonstrates specific customer focused behaviors. + Completes task as assigned on work orders. + Performs assigned P.M. on various systems. + Performs journeyman level work in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and plumbing systems. + Installs medical gas systems. + Plans plumbing installations by examining blueprints and working sketches, determining materials needed. + Repairs, adjusts and maintains hospital laundry equipment. + Repairs, adjusts, and maintains hospital kitchen equipment. + Performs minor electrical repairs on all controls and motors for related equipment. + Repairs and maintains various hospital equipment. (May include pumps, sterilizers). + Solders joints, welds, repacks and replaces valves. + Participates in the maintenance program for the building and equipment. + Maintains and repairs fire sprinkler systems. + Performs other related duties as assigned. + Promotes and establishes effective relationships within the department, with other departments, physicians, and with hospital guest and clients. **Education:** + High school graduate required. Two years experience in mechanical maintenance required, previous experience in plumbing maintenance. Journeyman plumbing license preferred.
