What you will Do:
Performs preventative maintenance on facility equipment.Performs routine repair work.Operates and maintains boiler room.Demonstrates competency of building systems.Patrols buidlings and grounds to prevent fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry.Adheres to all safety, infection control and employee health policies and procedures.Hours/Schedule:
80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)
Minimum Qualifications:
