Job Title: Mobile Building Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a tenured building engineer with at least 10+ years within the HVAC/R and building automation industry to join our local team. Candidates will be travelling within the Capital Region to client job sites, such as National Grid, with a company vehicle to perform design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical wiring, plumbing, and elevators while adhering to local building codes and safety regulations. Candidates are required to have a valid driver license and an EPA Universal certificate is preferred.

Work Environment

You will work in a dynamic and diverse environment that includes multiple facilities throughout the capital region. Your role will involve hands-on work with various building systems and equipment, requiring travel between sites. Our workplace emphasizes safety, technical excellence, and adherence to environmental regulations. Dress code and protective equipment are provided to ensure your safety on the job.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract-to-hire position based out of Menands, New York. Hours are flexible, but generally 7:00AM-4:00PM or 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
