The role:
Our Product Design team is looking for an experienced Mobile Design Lead. This is a hybrid role that requires you to be in office 3 days a week.
In this role, you will help to further develop our mobile practice balancing strategy and craft, while nurturing talent and guiding the work and designing alongside a tight team of Product Designers.You are curious by nature, have a keen creative eye and believe that the details matter. You have successfully led designers in honing their craft and collaborated with product and engineering teams to meet delivery timelines.We work in the open, encourage transparency, and are committed to working together to deliver user-driven experiences. Leading and growing the team
· Leading, mentoring and growing a team of Product Designers
· Acting as a leader within the Human Centered Design team, promoting a customer-centric vision and advancing our Product Design practice and culture alongside your peers
· Determining metrics of success
· Hiring for open roles
Managing projects
· Partnering with Product and Engineering to define and balance product and user needs
· Oversee end-to-end coordination between Mobile Product Design team and stakeholders
· Consistently communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design implementation
· Working in an agile environment for quick prototype-test-iterate cycles
Enhancing and expanding our design system
· Contributing to and managing our mobile UI library and design system
· Accountable for consistent mobile iOS and Android app experience
· Being a partner to our Global DS team to share and align across geographies
Supporting design work
· Leading ideation sessions and design reviews
· Creating usability test plans
· Acting in the role of IC when needed

We’re looking for:
· Experience leading Product Designers at varying skill levels
· 4+ years of hands-on product design experience with Figma expertise
· Deep understanding of the end-to-end digital product design process, including user validation, user flows, content modeling, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals
· Demonstrated experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Research and Content teams within Agile methodology
· Experience working with mobile UI Kits (iOS + Material, React Native)
· Portfolio of your work
Nice to haves:
· Experience with Jira
· Design system experience
· Familiarity with accessibility best practices

HybridSalary range is expected to be between

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
