Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Android Developer to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This role is in the tech industry and will involve working remotely. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices. Responsibilities: • Develop Android applications and integrate them with back-end services • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features • Work with outside data sources and APIs • Utilize Android SDK to create applications for the Android platform • Handle software updates, patches, and bug fixes • Develop application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality • Suggest and implement new mobile products, applications, and protocols • Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts, and best practices for coding mobile apps • Use and adapt existing web applications for apps • Work closely with colleagues to constantly innovate app functionality and design • Utilize skills in debugging to improve application performance • Leverage knowledge of Android Studio, Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, AB Testing, and API Development.
