Job Description

We are seeking a Mobile Device Support Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Englewood, CO.  In this role, you will be supporting both hardware and software for the Mobile Solutions Team.   This will be a day shift with requested availability between 5:00 am- 5:00 pm (8 hour days- Monday through Friday).  The primary responsibility of this role are to support the mobile applications that are currently deployed to the field technicians devices.  Additional responsibility of this exciting role may include:

Support (IHS, Wireless, RSP, OnTech, Samsung Initiative, Training, all new lines of support for MSD, and business partnersPerform Trouble-shooting of both software and hardwareUtilize MDM for issue resolutionPhone and tablet imagingFocus on one contact resolution for technical issuesDeploying hardware and software to the fieldRespond to MSD group inbox or Google Groups support requestsPhone queue support fielding inbound calls, following up with outbound calls when necessaryZINC chat supportField phone replacement’s and training phone buildsUpdating OS and patching on phones and tabletsAssist with a variety pilots and the next generation testing and deploymentInventory counts (Hardware and accessories)FRP – (Factory Reset Protection) – Pre-check returned phones, update carrier system with correct billing GL’s, remove phone from AW, ensure device record is accurate in Service NOW (MIC)Support Fleet Outlook GPS solution software owners, vendors, and business partnersUpdating Verizon Enterprise Center, AT&T Premier, and the T-Mobile Carrier siteEnsuring Mobile Device Records are updated in Mobile Inventory ControlFollow up with end users until issue resolvedKnowledge transfer to the field and peersTeam and interdepartmental collaborationShipping\Receiving

QualificationsIntermediate to advanced experience with Android OS, mobile software, Mobile phones, and TabletsExperience working with (MDM), Mobile Device ManagementKnowledge of Wireless Carrier Technology including both voice, data, 4g and 5gExperience with Google SuiteStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced support environment with phone calls, e-mails, and chatsStrong desire to succeedExperience with trouble shooting technologyAbility to provide results with minimal supervisionHigh energy, detail-orientated and able to meet tight deadlinesAble to write, present information, and respond to questions from leadership, end users, and business partnersStrong attention to detailExperience working with cross functional teamsAbility to keep pace with continuous changes in process and technologyContribute individually and as a member of a teamExperience with ticketing systemsDocumenting and reporting technical issues to Management, IT Smart Mobility, Incident Management, NOC, MSD, Wireless Carriers, IT

This contract-to-hire position will be located onsite in south Denver, CO- near I-25 and Lincoln.
