Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of mobile engineers, fostering professional growth and collaboration. Set clear goals, expectations, and performance standards for the team. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, user-friendly mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Ensure the adoption of best practices in mobile development, including code quality, performance optimization, and security. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering 5+ years of experience in mobile application development (iOS/Android), with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
