Mobile Facilities Technician 3

Join PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. as a Mobile Facilities Tech 3 in Seattle, WA, overseeing and optimizing facility operations across multiple sites.

Job Title: Mobile Facilities Tech 3
Job Type: Full time; Contract
Location: Seattle, WA 98501
Schedule:  Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay Rate: $47.35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and control systems to ensure optimal facility performance.

Travel between facilities to support seamless operations.

Manage preventative maintenance, parts inventory, and contracted services.

Inspect, calibrate, and maintain HVAC systems and equipment.

Monitor contractor performance, ensuring quality standards and cost-effectiveness.

Adhere to safety protocols, hazardous material handling, and maintain a clean workspace.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent with 5-7 years of facility maintenance experience.

Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues with commercial HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

EPA 608 Type II Certification; driver’s license.

Basic computer skills in Word and Excel.

Preferred:

EPA 608 Universal Certification and trades schooling in electrical, HVAC, or refrigeration.



Pay Details: $47.35 per hour
