Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Mobile HVAC Engineer
**Location:** Bremerton, WA
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform maintenance and repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility.
+ Travel between multiple facilities to ensure their proper function and maintenance.
+ Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control.
+ Monitor and adjust HVAC systems and associated equipment to maintain optimum performance levels.
+ Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
+ 2-4 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
+ Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
+ EPA 608 Type II Certification.
+ Valid driver's license.
