Mobile Operations Manager (Contract)
**Mobile Operations Manager** The mobile operations manager will be a key player in all things that keep the Mobile product running. This role will interface with different business units and IT to understand and ensure that bugs and tasks are needed, and when, what work needs to be as configuration vs feature review and what operational processes need to be set in place in order to continue BAU. The role will help support the team with weekly and monthly mobile business reporting along with other ad hoc reports and will partner with the Data and Analytics team on different reporting enhancements and opportunities. Description: + Manage the day-to-day operations for bugs, defects and tasks + Be the liaison with IT and other business partners + Aid in monthly mobile business reporting, help pull data and create important monthly business reviews + Manage weekly meetings with Payment partner and look for opportunities for payment improvements + Work on Operational processes which fall outside of feature releases + Partner with Data and Analytics team to lay out requirements for new reporting and enhancements + Support the operational reporting to apply credits for employee discounts, trade-in credit resumptions, etc. + Participate in credit policy meetings and help drive meaningful change for driving sales while improving sales quality Requirements: + Experience with **JIRA is a MUST** + Experience managing defects and tasks for products (writing tickets and requirements) + High comfort level with excel and experience with tableau Big Plus + Strong project management skills + Ability to manage different personality types + Experience with payment operations a plus **Pay Details:** $60.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
