Mobile Patrol Security Officer – Full Time

Rate: $18.00/HR

Available Schedule: Grave & Day Shifts Available (40 Hours Per Week)

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Mobile Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, which may include operating a vehicle to patrol. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

The Mobile Officer maintains the security and safety of multiple sites by conducting patrols via a motor vehicle. All you need is a valid driver’s license and clean driving history, to be a great fit for this role! No experience? No problem! With a friendly and positive attitude we will provide the training and knowledge you need to be successful in the security industry. 

What Your Day May Look Like:

Conflict resolution and De-escalation. Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions. Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity. Provide detailed written witness reports.

Position Requirements:

18 years of age or older.  High School Diploma or GED Required.  Standard computer / technology skills needed. Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.  Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.  Active PILB card and a valid drivers license required.  Clean MVR required - No at fault accidents or more that two moving violations within two years. Military, law enforcement, or prior security patrolling or supervision experience preferred.  Reliable transportation needed. Must be able to walk, climb stairs, repeatedly get in / out of vehicles. Must be able to lift / push or pull at least 50 lbs. Must have excellent intrapersonal skills when interacting with others. Must be able to work effectively and efficiently without direct supervision.
