What the day will look like The person in this role is a service owner role accountable for ensuring operational areas are delivering services and tactical strategic processes for Mobility globally, with a focus on carriers for North America. Provides high level professional assistance to teams who support software, hardware, and carrier services for colleagues and executives directly. Collaborates and has a consulting role with other related operational tasks with Regional Leads, supporting process standardization, and contract changes with carriers within the regions. Works closely with Service Management, Operations, Global Spend Management and Finance leads for Mobility, covering contract renewals, cost of service and accruals. Manages the relationship with Telecom expense management provider for Mobility. Strives to achieve the highest level of customer centric service while supporting and developing corporate and BYOS mobility services. Meet monthly and additional where required with Regional Leads assisting with mobility matters and ensuring asset and cost reporting is provided. Manages the telecom expense management provider relationship and meets monthly or additional as required reviewing Service Report. Contract renewals oversight and guidance for regionals, identifying services without an MSA. Mobility service support issues and customer concerns. Reporting mobile services dashboard to leaders. Instruction design and maintaining workflows. Monitoring quarterly terminations MACD activity. Budgeting and forecasting – Accruals, monthly analysis. Evaluating data and process standardization with the asset managers Reporting consolidation service views with regional Asset managers and Regional leads. Mobility services and devices in ServiceNow with Asset managers. Mobility standards and consent form global consolidation and standardization. Vendor consolidation optimization. Financial modeling and identify financial coding changes required for mobile services. Contributes toward determining root cause of systemic issues. Evaluates, tests and supports implementation for technology related changes and incidents with operational team. Defines documentation for regular health checks on applications and hardware with engineering app owners for colleagues. Maintains the availability of a platform/business application in coordination with product teams and engineering. Responsibility for ensuring close working relationships is established and maintained within Aon Business Services and client solution teams as required. Skills and Experience that will lead to success. 3 or more years of demonstrated experience and thorough understanding of mobility platforms and telecommunication services management preferably in a large global company. Experience in high level customer/client support management, providing good interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical instructions. Exceptional understanding of vendor management in respect to mobile phone services. Experience in ITIL concepts, processes, and tools. Flexibility to work hours within varied time zones and countries Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to correlate issues. Solid ability to effectively speak with clients, colleagues, and teams. Participate, contribute, and promote engaging behaviors. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $100,000 - $120,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
