**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who is experienced in using hand and power tools, reading blueprints and schematics, and has a strong mechanical aptitude. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance and assembly tasks, utilizing various tools and equipment to ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance and assembly tasks using hand and power tools + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics + Use wrenches, drills, and other tools to complete mechanical tasks + Wash and clean equipment as needed + Travel to various locations, including Coney Island, Jamaica Queens, and Yonkers NY, to work on rail cars for their HVAC units. + Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures. **Essential Skills** + Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with assembly tasks + Proficiency working with HVAC units + Ability to read and interpret blueprints **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to learn and be trained + Ability to work well in a team environment + Ability to travel to various locations as required + Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values growth and stability, providing a clean, safe, and spacious work environment. You will receive full training on company processes and expectations.
