Mobility and Networks Technician
Location: Blaine, WA Duration: 2 years CTG is seeking a Mobility and Networks Technician to work safely in a heavy manufacturing environment, providing technical support for IT assets with the tasks and accountabilities as outlined below: Networks and infrastructure: Configuration, firmware, mapping, maintenance. Mobility devices: Configuration, profile management, deployment, field support. Cybersecurity and vulnerability: Audits and remediation. Provide technical support for IT assets. Anti-Virus & security patching for servers and workstations. Backups and images of IT assets. Work safely in a heavy manufacturing environment. Skills: Strong understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, Client/Server, Ethernet, LAN). Domain / Active Directory knowledge. Proven troubleshooting skills for system issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Strong ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical staff. Experience: Experience with network configuration and maintenance. Experience in supporting mobility devices and managing profiles. Experience with cybersecurity audits and vulnerability remediation. Experience with system backups, image management, and antivirus patching. Experience working in a fast-paced, heavy manufacturing environment is a plus. Education: Associates Degree/College Diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems, Network Technology, or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
