Model Based Systems Engineer
Job Title: Systems Engineer

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Systems Engineer will be driving systems level requirements down to software development activities for various military ground vehicle programs. You will work with Systems level architecture to break down and develop system level concepts, utilize Microsoft Visio for basic drawing concepts, and create models in CAMEO/MagicDraw. Additionally, you will generate system level requirements based on customer input and negotiation.

ResponsibilitiesDrive systems level requirements down to software development activities for military ground vehicle programs.Work with Systems level architecture to break down and develop system level concepts.Utilize Microsoft Visio for basic drawing concepts.Create models in CAMEO/MagicDraw.Generate system level requirements based on customer input and negotiation.Essential SkillsBasic knowledge of the SysML system modeling language, including its basic components and rules.Understanding of basic system architecture work products, including block diagrams, interface block diagrams, and activity diagrams.Experience with requirements management and systems architecture.Proficiency in SysML/UML.Familiarity with systems architecture tools such as MagicDraw and Visio.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in working with military ground vehicle programs is a plus.Strong negotiation skills to generate system level requirements.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $84.13/hr.
